Review – Charming Your Dad by: Sarah Blue

Every witch knows you shouldn’t use spells for revenge. Blair doesn’t care much for right and wrong, but she’s already on the council’s radar. What’s the best mortal way to get back at a cheating ex-boyfriend? Bewitching his dad, of course.

Dax was supposed to be retribution, but he turns out to be so much more. She’s drawn to him in a way she has never felt for a man before, but it’s clear Dax is so much more than the average man. There’s a mystery to him, and she’s dead set on figuring him out.

With multiple supernatural entities breathing down her neck and her need to avoid the council’s wrath, Blair’s desperate to get everything she wants. It might take more than she’s willing to give to untangle herself from the lies and chaos she’s created.

“Who would have thought the most comforting place for me would be in between a demon’s arms.”

When I read the description, I knew I was in for a feisty witch romance. However, I did not expect the thrilling and awesome world-building that was also a part of this book. I adored Charming Your Dad, and it is the perfect read for the season!

When we meet Blair, she immediately gives off boss a$$ b!tch vibes, and honestly, I could not have loved her more. She is confident with herself and works to make a place for herself even if she never quite felt like she fit in. On the other side, we have Dax, our demon daddy. Mmmmm… he is just delicious in every way and I loved seeing him and Blair crash together.

Charming Your Dad is not light on the spice. It is spicy and kinky and I was phewww swooning for some of these scenes. However, they fit perfectly into the story and go right along with Blair and Dax. If you’re looking for some spooky vibes, witchy times, demon-level hotness, and some yes-daddy moments… definitely read this one. It absolutely put a spell on me.
