– So, I absolutely LOVED your first book. What can we expect in HIS RISK TO TAKE?

I’m so glad you loved Protecting What’s His! If you loved the dirty talk, the intense sexual chemistry and the little bit of danger in the first book, you will enjoy His Risk to Take as well. Ruby is a sexy pool hustler who lives a dangerous lifestyle. Troy is a cop who recently lost his daredevil partner, and as a result, he has sworn off being responsible for the death of a loved one. But his chemistry with Ruby is off-the-charts hot and he won’t be able to resist her.

– Do you have a favorite place to write?

In bed. My husband even bought me a brand new desk for my birthday and I almost never use it. The words just seem to flow better when I’m propped up against the pillows.

– What’s your favorite quality in a man?

Confidence. It goes such a long way. A guy who isn’t afraid to approach a girl in front of his friends and take a shot. Not over-confident, mind you. That’s kind of a turn off. Just quietly confident.

– If you could be any Disney princess, which would you be and why?

Belle. My heroes are usually a little Beast-ish, too. It would be a good match.

– What’s your favorite curse word?
