But that dark side that lives inside all of us, the true nature of man, drives us to seek the need that burns within, demanding to be set free. Deep inside of our bones lies that intrinsic need, one desperate to escape. An innate behavior, seemingly out of our control.
One that screams for sins they tell us are condemning.

The way I am feral for this book, holy gods. It’s animalistic, full of revenge, and sexy AF! I could not read these pages fast enough.
HOLY AERO. This man is a vengeful angel of death. I love how everything he does is for Briony and to bring down a system that has wronged them both. Also, seeing timid Briony at the start of the book versus the fierce bada$$ woman she becomes at the end is everythingggg.
