– The Book –
Synopsis: There is need. And then there is Fate…

Being destined to become some kind of supernatural electrical outlet isn’t exactly awesome–especially when Alexandria’s “other half” is everywhere she goes. When daimons infiltrate the Covenants and attack students, the gods send furies–lesser gods determined to eradicate any threat to the Covenants and to the gods, and that includes the Apollyon… and Alex. And if that and hordes of aether-sucking monsters didn’t blow bad enough, a mysterious threat seems willing to do anything to neutralize Seth, even if that means forcing Alex into servitude… or killing her.

When the gods are involved, some decisions can never, ever be undone.

Jennifer lives in Martinsburg, West Virginia. All the rumors you’ve heard about her state aren’t true. When she’s not hard at work writing. she spends her time reading, working out, watching really bad zombie movies, pretending to write, and hanging out with her husband and her Jack Russel Loki.

Her dreams of becoming an author started in algebra class, where she spent most of her time writing short stories….which explains her dismal grades in math. Jennifer writes young adult paranormal, science fiction, fantasy, and contemporary romance. She also writes adult romance under the name J. Rogers.

– My Review –
Pure, the next installment in the covenant series, is nothing short of something made from the gods (pun totally intended). With its seductive moments, heart-wrenching thrills, laughs, and everything in between, Pure will sink into you and keep you trapped within it’s brilliant words. Throw away EVERYTHING you think about sequels because it’s one of those books where you simply cannot put it down.

  24. The first book is already on my shelves. But I have not read it yet. >.<I wish I could read it this month. I wonder which paranormal creature would she choose since she did not choose fairy nor werewolf

  25. Hehe I'd choose Aiden too! This was a brilliant sequel, I was worried that it would fall into sequel/middle-book syndrome territory, but it was better than Half-Blood! Something I never thought I'd say because I love that book so muchNic

  29. I must be honest…I haven't read the Covenant series yet. I know, I know, I'm missing out on some to-die-for boys! I can't wait to find out more about Seth and Aiden, I'd imagine that their as amazing as Daemon from the Lux series? I hope they are any way. ;)Great interview! I do think Jennifer should change her answer to ENGLAND! Not like I live there and want her to come over and sign my books or anything…..
